Open Events - Visit Bamford Academy

The best way to understand Bamford Academy is to visit us. Open events give prospective parents and children the chance to meet staff, see classrooms and experience the warm, inclusive atmosphere of our school. Check dates below and book your place.

Our open days at Bamford Academy run in October. Dates will be available closer to the time.

Why visit?

Pupils told Ofsted they enjoy coming to school, feel safe, and that teachers are kind and know them well. Seeing learning in action and meeting the team helps families decide whether Bamford is the right place for their child.

What to expect

You will be welcomed by members of the leadership team. You will have the opportunity to tour the school, see learning in action, and ask questions about our curriculum, support for children with SEND, wraparound care (Bamford Boost!), uniform, and the admissions process.

Unable to attend?

If you cannot make a scheduled open event, contact the school office. We are often able to arrange an individual tour at a mutually convenient time.

At our open events we invite prospective parents and carers of Reception age children to come and have a look around our newly renovated facilities, and get a feel for our happy and safe school.
